At BLC I Am Surreal Art Fashion, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
